PeterWESTHEADMarie, Stephen, Mandy, Andy and Peter's grandchildren would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours old and new, too numerous to mention for all the cards, love and support given to us during this sad time. A special thanks to Cath and children, also to Fr. Tony for all the prayers and masses said for PETER, also for conducting the funeral service which he carried out with great dignity. A special thanks to Dr. Newman and Dr. Chuah (both wonderful, caring and compassionate men who tried so hard to save Peter.) The staff of Coronary Care and Ward 9, Fazakerley Hospital, especially Lorraine and all the staff who treated Peter with such dignity and respect. The Captain and past Captains of Bootle Golf Course, management and staff at Costco, all Peter's colleagues and friends at Autism Initiative, his golfing friends, especially Edinburgh Park. A special thanks to Ian and staff from Hardacres Funeral Directors for the caring and professional way they handled the interment arrangements.
