An example to all of strength, fortitude, deter-mination and eternal optimism, she will be sorely missed by family, friends old and new, including residents and relatives of Glasfryn and staff who gave compassionate care throughout her time at Glasfryn. Funeral Thursday Oct 20, 2016, a short service will be held in Burry Port Public Cemetery Chapel of Rest, Dolau Fan Rd at 11am, followed by interment at St Illtyd Churchyard, Pembrey. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to 'Guide Dogs' or 'Diabetes UK' c/o Funeral Director Daniel Hughes, Eric James Funeral Directors, Trawscoed, Snowdon Rd, Burry Port, Carmarthenshire, SA16 0BG.
