EricWHEATLEYPeacefully at home on 7th March 2022, aged 97 years. Eric, beloved husband of the late Elizabeth. Devoted dad of Robin and father in law of Hilary. Much loved grandpa of Peter, Philip and Daniel. Eric will be sadly missed by all his loving family and dear friends. Service to be held at Birtley Crematorium on Friday 25th March at 12 noon. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu may be made to Marie Curie. All enquiries to Co-op Funeralcare, Chester le Street (0191) 3871212

So sad to learn that Eric has passed away. I remember Eric and Bette with great fondness from our time in the Engineers Department at Sunderland DC. RIP.
