Stella MaryWHETTONof Swadlincote passed away peacefully on 25th March at Royal Derby Hospital, aged 88 years.

Former wife to the late Jack, loving partner to Robert (Bob), devoted sister to Yvonne and Elizabeth and the late Peggy and Tony, a cherished Auntie to Robert, Carol and Gemma, she will be very much missed by the wider family and many friends.

A funeral for family and close friends will be held on Thursday 8th May at 10 am in Willow Chapel, Bretby Crematorium.

Family flowers only, donations can be made to Stella's chosen charities Cancer Research UK and The Furnace Moira Trust Fund, which will be gratefully received.

Forever in my heart ❤️. I hope you and Uncle Jack are now forever dancing. I will treasure the happiness you brought to my life. When you spent winters in Tenerife you told me to look at the north star and you will do the same. I will look at the star and remember the joy you brought to all who loved you.
