A much loved and devoted husband of Barbara, loved dad of Chris and Julie, loved father-in-law of Lou and Steve, devoted grandad of Emma, Lee, Victoria, Sarah and Stacey, loved great-grandad of Harry, Ivy, Leo, Albert and Wilf and a loved brother of Les.
Derek will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends.
A service to celebrate Derek's life will take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Tuesday 9th April at 11am.
Family flowers only by request please, donations preferred in memory of Derek to Dementia UK or Alzheimer's Research and bright colours to be worn at the famiy's request.
