Much loved husband of Pat, father to Pippa, Catherine and Johnny, grandfather to Crispin, Nathan, Eli, Agnes, Gareth and Emrys, and great grandfather to Iona, Rowan and Eric. Very sad to hear this. John taught me from age 10yrs till when I left for Australia age 18yrs all about farming. These lessons have helped me greatly throughout my life.

So sad to read this. Spent many hours working with John at Basils' farm and I still have the mounting block he made for me many years ago. RIP and many condolences. Jane & Ed x
