At peace on February 6th 2008 at Eryri Hospital, Caernarfon, Wales, Phyllis aged 84 years of Pwllheli and formerly of Rushton Spencer, beloved wife of the late John Richard Whitehead, much loved mum of Glenis and Keith, special grandma of Sarah, Jane and Stuart, very dear sister of Gladys, Eva, Jean and the late Frank and a dear sister-in-law and aunt. Funeral Tuesday February 19th, service at St. Lawrances Church, Rushton at 10.45am, prior to cremation at Carmountside Crematorium, will friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the church, no flowers please by request, donations if desired to Marie Curie Cancer Care.
