With the happiest memories of Peter, during his years in Reta Drive and in our many hugs over the decades both socially and in A&E,
where he popped up as a guardian angel to support us all.
Peter, you were a joy! An inspiration to us all, a loving family man and a loyal friend. We will miss you xx

Peter, Ed and I are so grateful for all the love and support you showed us during Ed's many hospital stays. For me, seeing your friendly face at Blackpool Victoria Hospital on the many occasions I rushed Ed in was always such a comfort.

You have been such a wonderful friend to our family over the years, and I have so many lovely memories of summers on Reta Drive, chatting with you and Maddeline over Gran and Joan's fence. And, of course, we could never forget the garden gnomes!

To Maddeline and all of Peter's family, we are so deeply sorry for your loss. We were fortunate to see just a glimpse of the kind, caring and special man Peter was, and we know that his loss leaves an immeasurable space in your hearts and in the lives of everyone who loved him.

Please know that you are all in our thoughts. We are sending you our love, strength and heartfelt condolences at this incredibly difficult time.

Peter you will be missed by so many friends
Too many laughs to mention especially on the shifts where you were the (Rat Catcher). Always smiling, loved our little gossips and putting the world to rights.
Causing chaos as a patient in ED, setting off the call bell sitting on it, could go on and on and on.
You were so brave till the end, tried your hardest to beat this cruel disease.
You can sit pain free with your mum and dad now. Look down on us and keep smiling.
Miss you
Tina ❤️

I've known Peter, along with his family for many years. I knew he was ill, but it was still a shock to learn he had lost his fight. Peter was a friend. We often bumped into him in Cleveleys. I still look out for him each time I go there.. I will miss him loads. RIP Peter.
