Frederick John WellsWHITING O B EWHITING Frederick John Wells O.B.E. Fred slipped peacefully away on Sunday 3rd April, 3 months before his 94th birthday. Dearly loved father of John, Richard and Carole, grandfather of Matthew, Daniel, Ben, Juliette, Luke and Kate, great grandfather and a loving friend of dear Muriel. Will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. The funeral service is at St. Nonna's Church, Altarnun at 2pm on Tuesday 12th April. Donations by a retiring collection for Tintagel Surf Lifesaving Club and Launceston Rotary Club charities or to the funeral director G.F. Gubbin, Penlaurel Bungalow, Langdon, Launceston, PL15 8NL.
