Suddenly but peacefully on 13th October 2024 whilst at home. Derek aged 74 years. A much loved husband of Erica, a loving dad of Sam, Kelly and John, a dear father in law of John, Pete and Ang, a treasured grandad and great grandad, also a dear brother, uncle and friend of many.

Derek will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends.

Funeral service and cremation to be held at Bradwell Crematorium on Thursday 14th November 2024 at 12.00noon. Will all relatives please accept this the only intimation, friends wishing to attend please meet at the crematorium.

Family flowers only, donations preferred to Help for Heroes.

To my wonderful Dad. This is the hardest thing to write. Thank you for your support and strength shown throughout my life, your great sense of humour and for being an amazing grandad to my children. I will miss you so much, especially the football chats and even the DIY! Sleep tight Dad. Love you X
