Rose EmmaWHITTAKERPeacefully on 26th December 2023 aged 94 years. Rosie, beloved wife of the late Ernest. Devoted mam of Linda and Brian. Much loved grandma and great grandma. Rosie will be sadly missed by all her loving family and dear friends. Service at Birtley Crematorium on Tuesday 16th January at 2.30 pm. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu may be made to The Salvation Army. All enquiries to Co-op Funeralcare, Chester le Street (0191) 3871212

Thinking of our beloved Rosie; cousin, dear friend and Mum's closest relative. With happy memories of family times at Lady Park and her bungalow. Fond and treasured times. She will be forever in our hearts.

Spent many a day at Mrs Whittaker's probably one of the very last of the original residents of Lady Park certainly in my lifetime fond childhood memories of past times especially of her cat and the chiming of her clock sorry for your loss thinking of Linda and Brian and families at this sad time
