Mark AndrewWIDDOPSuddenly at home aged 56 years.
Mark was the beloved son of Keith and the late Kathleen.
He was much loved by us all - treasured brother to Kathryn and John.
Dear brother-in-law to Toby and Jadzia and special and silly uncle to Hannah, Beth, Jacob and Lucy.
A good friend to many.

Music was one of Mark's greatest pleasures and he remained a loyal supporter of Latics from a young age.

The Requiem Mass will be at
St. Patrick's Church, New North Road,
on Thursday 23rd July at 1.45pm,
followed by committal at Huddersfield Crematorium at 3.15pm.

Family and friends are invited to join us.

Family flowers only please, if you wish, donations in memory of Mark
can be made to DePaul (a youth homeless charity) and
Movember (changing the face of men's health).

Requiescat in Pace Mark.

"Be still then! let God's Silence make you whole, For He Alone can calm your troubled mind." – John Bradbourne.

Mark, you were taken from us far too soon. You leave a huge void in our lives and we can't help but yearn for the chance to spend more time in your company.

For now, we will cherish the memories until one day we will be reunited in heaven.

Nice one, top one, get sorted.

John

I am very saddened to hear the passing of Mark. I have fond memories of growing up with Mark, during many visits to Meltham for birthdays , air shows, country festivals and family shindigs. I remember we took him to see Everton in Liverpool mid 80s during the peak. He loved football and a giggle at all the scoucers and their permed brookside hair styles!

I remember Mark’s love of JD sports in the 80s and all the sporty brands. He loved music, a bit of connoisseur! One Christmas he introduced me in depth to the pet shop boys, bronski beat, Joy Division and New order. Later I remember he was on to less electronica and more guitar, as he moved into the Stone Roses ahead of the forthcoming Madchester scene.

Unfortunately we lost touch, pre
Mobile and email, he was in London and I was in Newcastle. And everyone was branching out on their own paths.

Mark rest in peace knowing your family love you! Stephen Doran
