MargaretWILFORDPatricia Pat (nee Rafferty) Peacefully on Dec 4 surrounded by her family at Llandough Hospital at the age of 87 years, Pat; beloved wife of the late Harold, loving mother to Jane and her partner Alun, devoted and cherished Gran to Simon, Ian and Nicola, Great Ouou to Sebastian and partner Danni, Harri, Lauren, Jenna, Adam and Great-Great-Gran to Erin. Resting at James Summers & Son until the funeral service at Roath Court Funeral Home on Wednesday Dec 18 at 2.15pm, followed by committal at the Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium at 3.30pm. Family flowers only by request, donations in Pat’s memory to The Stroke Association may be made on the day.
