She married Phillip Wilken Sr. on February 17, 1962 in Liverpool, England. Elaine was a homemaker who loved to spend time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her children, Phillip and Connie Wilken of Watseka, IL, USA, Michael and Kristin Wilken of Normal, IL, USA, Duane and Teri Wilken of Streamwood, IL, USA, Steven Wilken of Peoria, IL, USA, Michelle Stichnoth of Watseka, IL, USA; brother, Donald and Hilary Higham of Liverpool, England; grandchildren, Andrew, Tyler, and Matthew Stichnoth, Cam, Cooper, and Maya Wilken; nieces and nephews, Steve Higham of Liverpool, England, Donna Marten of Liverpool, England, Kerry Sampara of Liverpool, England, Mandy Higham of Liverpool, England, and Lee Higham of Newcastle, England. She is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Phillip. Private family wake and funeral services were held on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Maple Grove Cemetery, Milford, IL, USA.
