SimonWILKINSON(South Shields) Died in his sleep after a long illness surrounded by his loving family, aged 49 years, Simon. Very much loved son of Joan and John, loving brother of Andrew and loving brother-in-law of Kath, devoted uncle to Beth and Luke. Eternal gratitude to Macmillan & District Nurses for their constant care, support and love to Simon during his illness. Family and friends please meet at South Shields Crematorium on Friday, 16th November at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations to be collected after the service for Macmillan Nurses.
