Vaughan MorganWILLIAMSAfter a lifetime of supporting socialist, Welsh Medium and educational causes Vaughan died, as he would have wished, at home, on Feb 29 aged 81; husband to Liz, father to Geraint and Rhian, step-father to Anna and Richard, father-in-law to Owain, Miguel and Anna, doting grandfather of Carmela and Marisa. Vaughan was an Assistant Director of Education for Gwent and, in the 60's, Warden of Oxford House, Risca. He had a long and happy retirement. The funeral will be at 2.30pm on Tuesday March 22 at Gwent Crematorium, Croesyceiliog. Vaughan was determined to support the education of migrants in the camps in Calais so he would have appreciated donations in lieu of flowers to http://www.schoolbusproject.org. His family would like friends to join them at the Beaufort Hotel, Raglan, NP15 2DY after the funeral to share stories and celebrate his life.
