Diolch arbennig i swyddogion Capel Ebenezer, Rhosmeirch am ei trefniadau a'i cydweithrediad ar ddiwrnod yr angladd ac i'r Parchedig Gerallt Lloyd Evans am ei barodrwydd i arwain y gwasanaeth ac am ei deurnged i Eleri o'i dyddiau cynnar yng Nghapel Horeb, Llangristiolus. Mae'r cardiau a'r negeseuon o gydymdeimlad wedi bod yn gysur mawr. Diolch hefyd am y rhoddion hael o £1,900 a dderbyniwyd tuag at Hosbis yn y Cartref a Marie Curie a fu mor garedig y dyddiau olaf. Diolch i Mrs Marian Parry ffrind annwyl a thriw i Eleri am ei charedigrwydd yn ystod amser anodd a thrist. Diolch i'r ymgymerwr Mr Melvin Rowlands a'i staff am eu proffesionoldeb a trefniadau trylwyr a gofalus. Diolch bawb.
