Former partner at Henry Williams & Sons, Williams Brothers. and Towy Valley Fuels. Former Chairman of Carmarthenshire County Council, former JP and former Deputy President of the British Red Cross. Caring husband of the late Nancy, loving father of Henry and Wyn, cherished grandfather of Ffion, Teleri and Harry, dear father-in-law of Teresa and Alison. Dilwyn will be dearly missed by family and many friends. Funeral on Saturday, March 5th 2022. Public service at Nantgaredig MC Chapel at 11.00a.m. No flowers.
