Diolch yn arbennig i Nyrsys Cymunedol Llanrwst, Marie Curie, Gofalwyr lleol a Meddygfa Gwydir am yr holl ofal a charedigrwydd a ddangoswyd i Meilir. Diolch arbennig hefyd i'r Parchedig Gerwyn Roberts am y gwasanaeth ar ddiwrnod yr angladd ac am ei eriau o gymorth atom fel teulu. Diolch hefyd am y holl roddion hael a dderbyniwyd er cof am Meilir tuag at Nyrsys Cymunedol Llanrwst a Marie Curie. Diolch i gwmni Meredith Jones Trefnwyr Angladdau am eu cymorth a threfniadau trylwyr. * * * * * Anwen and family would like to express their sincere gratitude for all the kindness and sympathy extended to them during their recent bereavement. Special thanks to Llanrwst District Nurses, Marie Curie, Local Carers and Llanrwst Surgery for all the care and kindness shown to Meilir. Special thanks to Reverend Gerwyn Roberts for the memorable service on the day of the funeral and for his kind words of comfort to us as a family. Many thanks for the kind donations received in memory of Meilir towards the Llanrwst District Nurses and Marie Curie Care.
