Diolch arbennig i ofalwyr Gofal Seibiant ac i'r Nyrsys Cymunedol am y gofal tyner a charedig a roddwyd i Dewi yn ei gartref ym Mhorthaethwy dros y blynyddoedd diwethaf. Diolch hefyd i Arwel a'i staff o R & J Hughes a'i Fab am ei garedigrwydd a'r trefniadau trylwyr a proffesiynol. ******** As a family we wish to express our heartfelt thanks for all the kindness and sympathy we received following the loss of a very dear and special husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather and brother. The array of cards and numerous phone calls and visits were hugely appreciated. Thank you to the Reverend Ron Williams and Reverend Megan Williams for their service at the crematorium. We would like to thank in particular the carers at Gofal Seibiant and the Community Nurses for the tender and kind care given to Dewi at his home in Menai Bridge over the last few years and also to Arwel and his staff at R & J Hughes and Son for his kindness and for their faultless and professional funeral arrangements.
