Peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital aged 73 years and of Glan Elwy, Llanfair Talhaiarn.

Loving dad to Emma, Connor and Charlene, proud grandad to Tomos, Harri, Jack, Lilly and Ella, a dear sister to Susan and a good friend to many.

Service at St Mary's Church, Llanfair Talhaiarn on Tuesday 6th August at 11:00am followed by interment at Llanfair Talhaiarn Cemetery.

Family flowers only please but donations in memory of Wyn will be gratefully received towards
