I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Mair, please accept my sincere condolences from all of us here at Tŷ Hafan. Mair was a very special woman and we can see from your Tribute page she was dearly loved by all of her family and friends. She will be missed.

Your generosity means they can receive the care and support they need. Thanks to you, they can create a lifetime of memories in the time they have together, just like your memories of Mair.
