Devoted son of Marjorie (Jenkins) and the late Reg Williams. Beloved brother of Lynda, Angela and the late Christine. Phil will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Funeral service on Tuesday 30th June
Would friends please meet at at Jerusalem Chapel, Resolven at 11.30 for a service followed by interment at Melincwrt Cemetery at 12.15pm
