JeffWILLIAMSON22nd July 1949 to 26th October 2016 Aged 67 years Jeff passed away at Treelands Care Home after a long and brave battle with Huntington's Disease. Jeff was loved immensely by his family and was a fantastic Husband to Dena, an amazing Dad to Colin and Clare, a great Father-in-law to Donna and Tony and the best Grandad in the world to Emily and Freya. He will be greatly missed, however the good memories of such a brilliant man will now live with the family for the rest of their lives. Jeff's family would like to express their sincere thanks to all family and friends for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement. They would specifically like to thank all the staff at Treelands Care Home (the Beech Unit) who have looked after Jeff every day over the past 4 years and have always done their best to ensure Jeff was comfortable despite the circumstances. A special thanks to Debs at the Huntington's Disease Association for her first class advice and unwavering support over the last 12 years. Thank you to Clifford Oldham Funeral Directors (Co-operative) for their professionalism and sensitivity. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Rochdale Crematorium on Tuesday November 8th at 2.20pm.
