Funeral service will be held on Monday 12th June 2017 at 1.45pm at Westerleigh Crematorium, Bristol, BS37 8QP. Family flowers only, but donations if desired to St John Ambulance or The Poppy Appeal c/o Johnson & Daltrey Funeral Service, 21 High St, Malmesbury, Wilts, SN16 9AA.
