Passed away peacefully on Monday 27th January 2025, aged 94 years.

Much loved husband of Thelma. Loving Dad of Carol and Sandra. Father in law of Nigel. Cherished grandad of Michael, Rachael, Claire, Julie, David and Robert. And great grandad to Grace.

Service to take place at St. Peter's Church, Knowstone on Wednesday 19th February at 12 noon. Followed by Committal in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only please, but donations welcome for the Devon Air Ambulance Trust at the service or c/o

We only knew Gordon for a few years but his sunny smile, wicked sense of humour and tractor routine made everyday village life such a joy and we laugh to this day. Never more scampish than when asked the secrets of his and Thelma's outstanding fruit and veg success. May those heavenly onions always be massive dear friend. One of a kind. Sue and Ian Brooks
