Hazel LouiseWILLOUGHBYPassed away peacefully at home on 25th April 2022, aged 60 years. A beloved wife to Gary, devoted mother to Ross and Elliot, dear sister to Julie, Stewart and Libby, she is very much loved by all her family and friends and will be greatly missed by all. The funeral service will be held at Oakley Wood Crematorium, South Chapel on Tuesday 17th May at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please but donations if desired can be made to 'Pancreatic Cancer UK' or via www.heartofenglandcoopfunerals.co.uk The Heart of England Coop Funerals, 12 Parade, Leamington Spa, CV32 4DW.
