Special thanks to Anne and Sharon, district nurses, Paul, Macmillan nurse , all staff involved in Gordon's care at Monklands Hospital, Reverend David Slater, Gribben and Sneddon for funeral arrangements and Mount Ellen Golf Club for catering.
