Joan ConstanceWILSONWe are sad to announce that Joan Wilson (née Marcroft) passed away peacefully on Monday 10th October 2022, aged 88 years, at Consort Nursing Home, Plymouth, after enduring a long illness with dignity and strength. A loving mother to Jim, Rick and Mike. Mother-in-law to Alison and Tracy. Joan was a devoted grandmother and great grandmother to all her grandchildren who she adored. Joan has left behind a lifetime of treasured memories for her family, but will be deeply missed. She is, at last, reunited with her late husband Ricky. She has now found the peace she deserves. We would like to give special thanks to staff at Colebrook Manor who cared for Joan for 2 years with compassion and kindness. Also thanks to Consort staff who she spent her final weeks with. Funeral Mass will take place at The Catholic Church of St. Thomas More, 27 Bampfylde Way, Southway, Plymouth, PL6 6SP at 09:30 on Thursday 27th October 2022.
