The photo I posted of Betty and me was taken on September 21, 2015, the last time I was able to spend such a memorable evening with Betty and June. I was visiting June from the U.S. and Betty made a beef stovie or a scotch pie for us and followed with a scrumptious carrot cake. I met June from davidbowie.com in 2000 and I had traveled to Scotland for work once in a while, and each time I visited June and got to spend time with Betty & John, and then Betty. That September evening was memorable because I was able to watch an episode of Downton Abbey before it hit the U.S. Back home, everyone was jealous. In this photo, Betty and I are showing each other family photos. I send my sincerest condolences to June, Harry, and Lynn. Betty was THE sweetest and kindest woman I have ever known.
