PatriciaWILTSHIREPeacefully passed away at Derriford Hospital on 22nd August.

Devoted wife to Ronald, loving mum to Gary, nan to Kelly and great-nan to Isla and Emily. Beloved sister to David and Pat and best friend to GIRLIE.

Funeral to be held on 12th September at 12.30pm at the Park Crematorium, Merafield Road.

Family flowers only and donations if desired to St Luke's Hospice by retiring collection.

Aunty Pat, words cannot describe how much you will be missed, you were such a kind and caring person, would give your last penny away if you thought it would make someone smile. Have so many wonderful memories of you and Uncle Ron. Hopefully you are now at peace, and reunited with your beloved Mum and Dad. Love Always Jayne & Nicky Xx
