Peacefully, after a long illness.
Re-united with his brother; Bryan, sisters; Valerie & Irene and his mum Jessie.
Derrick is survived by his nephews Neil and Paul, nieces Paula, Coralie and Karen and his sister in law Coral.
He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
A funeral service will take place at Thornton Crematorium on Monday 29th April at 12.45pm.
