Charles RoyWINDSORPassed away peacefully at Torbay Hospital on 22nd September 2018 aged 97 years. Reunited with his beloved wife Joyce. Loving father to Jennifer, Graham and Martin, father-in-law to Howard and Anita, Grandad to Robin, Simon, Sarah, Kylie and all his great grandchildren. His funeral service will be held at Torquay Crematorium on Monday 8th October at 12:00 noon. Family flowers only please. All enquiries to: K.J.
