ChristineWINSONPassed away peacefully, with her family at her side, after a short illness on Friday 19 September 2025, aged 81 years.

Devoted and beloved Wife to the late Mick, very much loved Mum to Sharon and Mark, adored Nanna to Karl, Connor and Nicole, Nanna in law to Jane, Sister, Aunt and a Friend to many. A truly loved family member and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Funeral Service and celebration of Chris' life will take place on Thursday 16 October at 1.30pm in the Main Chapel, Markeaton Crematorium.

Flowers welcome as Chris loved flowers. Donations if desired are invited to The British Heart Foundation, and may given online by visiting funeral-notices.co.uk or can be placed in the donation box, after the service.

The family would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff on Stroke Rehab at Florence Nightingale, for the dedicated care and attention, they gave Chris in the short time she was there.
