Liz would like to extend a special thank you to the Respiratory Team at Royal Stoke and Specialist Nurses at Douglas Macmillan for their kindness and care to John. Also a big thank you to the PALS Office at Royal Stoke and Premier Dance Centre for their support. Thank you to Celebrant Colin Robertson for a lovely service and to Mark & the Staff at Harold H Leese for their support and guidance throughout all the funeral arrangements which was greatly appreciated.
