Such a sad loss. This wonderful person took me under wings when I moved to Plymouth in 1976, became a really good friend over the years.

Thoughts of Jacqui have filled my mind over the last week or so. She was my very first friend and we grew up together until she left for Plymouth aged 10. Though we have not seen each other very often over the years she has always held a very special place in my heart. I am comforted by knowing she is safe in the arms of Jesus and singing with the angels!

Having a wonderfully understanding sister-in-law as Jacqui WITHERS has been my greatest honour and blessing. She encompassed love, sympathy and compassion. She always lent an ear to whoever has troubles. She is a revelation of God's love and care.
