On Monday January 14th 2008 at Cheadle Hospital, Francis William Wood aged 92 years, formerly of Alton, the dearly loved husband of Gladys and a very dear dad and grandad. His funeral service will take place at St. Peter's Church, Alton on Wednesday January 30th at 11am to be followed by interment in Alton Parish Cemetery, family flowers only please, donations received in his memory will be given to the Staffordshire Air Ambulance.
