Billie ElizabethWOODDied peacefully in Bristol on 13th May 2020, aged 25. Following a sudden illness, Billie passed away in the loving arms of her Mummy and Daddy with her Brother Max and close family nearby. A much-loved pupil at Badminton School, Billie went on to study geography at Durham University. Billie moved to London to follow a career in PR, where in a short time she had made great friends amongst her colleagues and impressed all she came into professional contact with. To her many friendship groups - from Barbados, Durham, London, school and many more, please remember our beautiful girl with love and light. Billie's funeral service will be held at home in the family garden on Friday 5th June. This will be followed by a private, family Cremation at South Bristol Crematorium. Sadly, the family cannot extend an invitation to all those who they know would want to be there, but a fabulous memorial will be held when the world starts to spin again. Until then, breathe. Family flowers only. The family are setting up the Billie Elizabeth Wood Trust (BEWT) - donations and fund raising will be used to support research into subarachnoid haemorrhages. It will take some time to set up the formal trust but in the meantime if you would like to donate, please write a cheque to R D Wood and this will be transferred to the Trust as soon as authorisation is given by the Charities Commission.
