Dr David Wood Mbe FrcgpWOODWOOD - DR. DAVID WOOD MBE FRCGP (Woody), July 13, 2020. Peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital and of Eglwysbach. Aged 74 years. Adored husband and soulmate of Pat, beloved father of Matt and Rob and a wonderful Stepfather to Kerrie and Paddy. Proud Grandpa Woody to his six special granddaughters. He will be sadly missed by his sister Tink (Simon), nieces, colleagues, patients and his many friends in Eglwysbach and afar. Private family funeral at Colwyn Bay Crematorium on Monday 27 July 2020. No flowers please but if desired, donations in memory of Woody will be gratefully received towards St. David's Hospice and Help For Heroes c/o Robin Roberts, Meredith Jones Funeral Directors, Dolwar Chapel of Rest, Parry Road, Llanrwst, LL26 0DG. How sad...I remember Dr. Wood very well from his days as a G.P. in Bangor....He was such a nice doctor - & always so professional...A real gentleman.
As one of his 'old' patients I am very sad to hear the news of his passing...
A big loss to his family, patients, friends & the wider community....R.I.P.
