Alfred RobinWOODof Shorncliffe Road, Coundon. Beloved husband of Janice Ann (now deceased), father to Karl, Alan and Lisa, father-in-law to Jayne, Wendy and Jamie, grandfather to Kristian, Robert, James and Alfie and Great grandfather to Evelyn, Darby and William, sadly passed away in his sleep on 8th April, aged 83 years. He enjoyed life to the full and his tapestry is now complete, leaving loving and treasured memories. He was an active member of the Coundon Social Club Committee, worked in Education all of his working life and had many community friends and neighbours. Always had a smile and a twinkle in his eye for everyone. Funeral service to take place on Thursday 11th May at 3:15pm in Charter Chapel, Canley Crematorium. Just come with a smile and sing rejoicing for the privilege of knowing Alfred. We are so saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Uncle Rob. We have many great memories of our family get togethers over the years, the parties and our visits to Coundon Club, where he would be mingling with the locals with a pint in his hand. At least he will now be reunited with Auntie Ann again, Rest in Peace Uncle Rob xx All our love, Will, Sam, Katy, Lucy, Becki, Charl, Mike. Al, Jim, Kayleigh, Jay, Luke, Summer, Albert & Cam xx

I'm so sad to hear about Robin's passing.
He has been in the lives of my family and I for nearly 17 years as landlord but, more importantly, friend and adopted family member.
Robin will be greatly missed by us all xx
