AlanWOODSPassed away suddenly on 31st May 2022, at home, aged 52 years. My Big Brother. You were sincerely a good, kind gentleman and I was so very proud to call you My Brother. You always put others before yourself and would help anyone. I am going to miss you so much as I sincerely valued your opinion and guidance, amongst many other things. I thought my world had ended when we lost Mum, Dad and eldest sister, Yvonne and losing you is more than I can bear. I will always love you so much Alan, and I will be lost without you. You are always in my heart, safe and free from any pain, and wrapped in love. Goodnight God Bless your youngest sister Carla XXX We will all be together again as a family XXX To my beloved Brother Alan. You have been taken from us so suddenly. and much too soon. My wonderful, warm, caring, funny, clever friend Alan. I am honoured to have been a part of your life for over 25 years and feel privileged that you chose me as one of your close friends. We've shared some magical moments, much laughter, and endless running jokes that you deftly wove into future conversations when I least expected it. We also shared some sad times and you were so supportive when I lost both my parents in the last few years. My mum loved your visits, and your ability to lighten conversations, get her talking about her younger days and see her face light up were some of the many special skills you had with people. You were taken too soon and words are inadequate to describe how much I will miss you. I am incredibly thankful that we got to share so many memorable and meaningful times together. Angela, Carla and your family my love and thoughts are with you. Take good care of yourselves. With love, Janine xxx

Alan, we have been friends for over 40 years and in that time we’ve been through plenty of ups and downs together. You have always been the best, most supportive, friend anyone could ever wish for and a very precious ‘Uncle Alan’ to Ciara (and all her cousins!). I know that you are in heaven now and I hope you have been given a great welcome by all those we loved who have gone before us. You leave a big hole in our hearts and we will miss you so much. Our love and prayers are with Carla, Angela and all the family.
Goodnight & God Bless,
Kerry, Simon & Ciara xxx 🙏💔

Alan. I've known you since you were a small child and came with your Grandma to St Mark's Church. You were in the choir, the Vale & Valley Venture Club and as you got older the Youth group. We shared many happy times, both in the past and in the more recent times when you became a lovely Uncle Alan to all my family. Your love, compassion and support when my husband Neil died and over the years will never be forgotten. You were one of life's special people with the kindest heart for everyone and an unquenchable faith for Christ. I know you are dancing in heaven but my love and prayers are with Carla, Angela and all the family as they face life without their wonderful brother. Rest in Peace and enjoy your reunion with those who have gone before you. Goodnight and God Bless Alan. Jenny Cosslett & family 🙏💕♥️

I am privileged to have had such a great, thoughtful, intelligent and funny mate. It still does not feel real that you have passed away far too soon.
Many people are left heart broken and going to miss you so much mate.
We shared many great and fun adventures over the last 20+ years and you have always also been there to offer support through the difficult times as well.
You were always fantastic with Josh and Ella, and they looked forward to spending time with their humorous and kind honourly "Uncle Al".
R.I.P mate until we meet again one day.
