Peter DoonaWOODWARDPeter Woodward, known to all as Woody, passed peacefully in Warwick Hospital on 23 July 2022, aged 80. Born in Billericay, educated at KEGS in Chelmsford, he lived in Danbury and Stock. A local builder, he was best known around the sports fields of Essex playing hockey and cricket for many local clubs. He was both President of the Essex Hockey Association and Stock Cricket Club. Survived by his wife Pat, sons Andrew and Iain, his funeral will be in Stock on 25 August, 12.30 at the Roman Catholic Church.
