Special thanks to the Staff at Chollacott House Nursing Home for their care and attention and all those who attended the Funeral Service at St Eustachius Church, Tavistock. To the Revd Dr Steven Martin for officiating at the service and Simon Luke and all the Staff of Morris Brothers for their help with the funeral arrangements. Grateful thanks to everyone for their generous donations to St Eustachius Church and The Memory Café which amounted to £1,232.
