JohnWORLEY(Gateshead) It is with great sadness that we announce our dear Jack passed away on 21st December 2022, aged 81 years. Devoted husband of Maureen, dear dad of Angela, father-in-law of Grahame and a treasured grandad of Kate. Family and friends please meet for Jack's service on Wednesday 11th January 2023 at Saltwell Crematorium at 1:45pm. Family flowers only please, donations will be gratefully received on the day with proceeds going to Dementia UK.
