Patricia AnneWRENN(nee Conlon) Passed away peacefully at home on the 29th October 2014. Devoted wife to Len, loving mother to Mark and Raymond, mother in law to Denise, Sarah and grandmother to Mitch, Charlotte, Jae, Chad and Lucas. Cremation to take place at Lodge Hill Crematorium on Thursday 6th November 2014 at 15:30pm. Family flowers only, donations to Macmillan Nurses. Will be sadly missed by family and friends.
