SamWROOTWROOT (SAM) - On 7th December 2014 Sam passed away at home the son of Geoff and the late Sharon, brother of Jack & Emma, grandson of the late Gordon and late Doris, Ronnie & the late Joan, loving uncle to Bobbi-Lee, Leyton and Preston, nephew to many aunts and uncles, caring cousin and friend to many. Sam will be fondly remembered and sadly missed. The funeral service will take place in Agecroft Crematorium on 18th December 2014 at 1.40pm.
