You will be forever in our hearts, we will continue to look for your star in the night sky. Thank you for all the support, love and joy that you brought to our marriage. Thank you to all the staff at Derriford and Mount Gould hospitals for the care they gave my wife and thank you to our Eldertree family, Plymouth Dementia Pathway and Dementia Friendly Parishes for their love and support, through what has been very a difficult and trying time.
