The obituary notice of Kevin YATES

I have just received the sad news that my old mucker from Saint Stephens school is no longer with us. I have many many fond memories of the adventures we shared growing up in Bath. Kev, I wish I could have said this in person,I am so proud of what you went on to achieve in life.

I was very sad to hear the news. Kevin was a good friend over the years and will be much missed, he’s left us too soon 🥲

I was so sorry to hear of Kevin’s passing. We were choristers together at Bath Abbey around 1969-74. He was a great friend and always good fun to be with, especially on choir trips to Weymouth etc. I met up with him again a few years ago at a choir reunion and it was lovely to hear how happy life was for him then with his family and his daughters. He was really a lovely man who lived a very valuable, full and joyful life. Rest In Peace. Kevin x

Sad to hear of Kevin's passing at such a young age. Fond memories of nights out in Bath with Sue and Kevin when he was home from the marines. Thinking of you. xxx

Very sad to hear of Kevin's passing - we were choristers together in the choir of Bath Abbey in the early 1970s, and I also got to know his late mother quite well through the Abbey. Rest in peace, Kevin - and may you now sing with the angels in Heaven.
