Suddenly at home on 26th December, aged 77 years.
Dearly loved son of the late Rex and Sheila Yates of Sutton Coldfield, dear brother to Anna Maudlin.
Richard was one of the sub editors at The Evening Chronicle & Journal before his retirement.
Relatives and friends please meet for service at The West Road Crematorium on Monday 3rd February at 2.00pm (West Chapel).
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be sent to The British Heart Foundation. A donation box will be available at the service.
