A Requiem Mass will take place at St. Jerome's Church, Formby on Tuesday June 23rd at 10.00 a.m., followed by a Committal Service at Thornton Crematorium at 11.20 a.m. No flowers by request but donations if desired payable to 'Crosby Riding School for Disabled' or 'Friends of St. Joseph's' c/o Dean Bros., Independent Funeral Directors, Deans Court, Gores Lane, Formby, L37 7DF.
